AURUM Series ships all orders using Australia Post.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 1:00pm AEST are usually dispatched the same business day
- Orders placed after 1:00pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day
During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

- Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD
- Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on selected orders.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
